Returns & Exchanges
 You may request a return or exchange within 14 days after receiving your order.
 Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
 To initiate a return, please contact us at undressedmuse@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
 Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions and return documents.
 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 Worn or used items
 Items without original packaging or tags
 Customized or made-to-order items
 Gift cards
 Sale items

Refunds
 Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
 Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days (processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider).
 Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.
